My philosophy is simple: 90% of physical problems can solved by moving more, and in more unique ways. All joints have 3 unique planes of movement. I utilise movement planes to to give you the most efficient path to achieving strong, durable joints.
The only bad posture is the one you're in for too long. Unfortunately most adults spend most of their day in the same position. Over time this can cause changes in the opposing mucle groups.
No system in the body works alone. The easiest way impact your health is by learning to breathe correctly. We breathe in and out 22,000 times per day. If you get breathing right every system in the body will optimize including your emotional states.
