Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of personal training services by Mobility For Life. By purchasing a personal training package, the Client agrees to be bound by these Terms.
Services
The Trainer will provide the Client with personal training services, which may include, but are not limited to, fitness assessments, exercise program design, and one-on-one or group training sessions. The specific Services provided will be tailored to the Client's individual needs and goals, as agreed upon between the Trainer and the Client.
Payment Terms
The Client agrees to pay the Trainer the fees for the personal training package as specified at the time of purchase. All fees are due in full at the time of purchase and are non-refundable. The Trainer reserves the right to change the fees for personal training packages at any time, with prior notice to the Client.
Cancellation Policy
The Client must provide at least 24 hours' notice to the Trainer if they wish to cancel or reschedule a personal training session. If the Client fails to provide the required notice, the session will be deemed as completed, and no refund or rescheduling will be allowed. The Trainer reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a session at any time, with reasonable notice to the Client.
All sales are final unless otherwise stated
All sales of personal training packages are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-transferable under any circumstances. This includes situations where the Client is unable to attend scheduled sessions, expresses dissatisfaction with the Services, or experiences changes in personal circumstances.
However, certain programs may offer a money-back guarantee. If, at the conclusion of the program, you are dissatisfied with the results and have attended all the sessions within the specified time period, you may be eligible for a refund.
Liability Waiver
The Client acknowledges that participation in personal training sessions involves inherent risks and agrees to assume all risks associated with the Services. The Client releases the Trainer, its employees, and agents from any and all liability, claims, or damages arising from the Client's participation in the Services.
Medical Clearance
The Client represents that they are in good physical condition and have no medical or other conditions that would prevent them from participating in the Services. The Client agrees to consult with a physician before beginning any exercise program and to inform the Trainer of any changes in their health or medical condition.
Intellectual Property
All materials, including but not limited to, exercise programs, training plans, and educational resources provided by the Trainer to the Client, are the exclusive property of the Trainer and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used for any purpose other than the Client's personal use without the Trainer's prior written consent.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Guernsey. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Guernsey.
Amendments
The Trainer reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time, with prior notice to the Client. The Client's continued participation in the Services following any such amendment shall constitute acceptance of the amended Terms.
By purchasing a personal training package, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
